Saturday Morning, Park Avenue - Trick or Treat on The Avenue - 10 am to noon - One of the BEST days of the year on Park Avenue as Local wee ghouls & goblins, freaky furry family members are trotted up and down The Avenue begging for chocolate and other sweets. Truly, the event IS sweet and serious fun! Come out in costume, stick around for lunch with your fellow monsters & princesses!
Saturday Evening, Halloween Trunk Fest, 6 to 9 pm - Enjoy an evening with family and friends trunk-or-treating! Local businesses and organizations will decorate their vehicles and pass out candy to trick-or-treaters. This event is located at Martin Luther King Jr. Park - Field 3 [448 Harper Street] from 6 to 9 p.m. This is a FREE event for all ages at MLK Field 3 at 448 Harper Street.
Saturday Evening, Central Park, The Big Band Boo 7:30 - 8:45 - Come to the FREE Halloween Big Band Boo in Winter Park on Oct 26th at 7:30pm. Bring a blanket and snacks to sing along with classic Halloween songs including the Monster Mash, Addams Family, Headless Horseman, and more! Meet the Sanderson Sisters who will Put a Spell in You!!
KidstoberFest leading up to Zombietoberfest below, Emmanuel Episcopal Church Orlando, 5 - 8 - It’s spooky season and this year Kidstoberfest is going to be better than ever! Join us during Zombitoberfest for lots of fun activities for kids at Emmanuel (red brick church across from APS).
Saturday Evening, Audubon Park Garden District - Zombietoberfest 5 - 10 p.m. - Truly a wonderful annual event in the Audubon Park Garden District! Costumed characters a' plenty. Enjoy an immersive outdoor night market, DJ, live music, great food, free costume contests for hoomans and pups, free outdoor showing of Gremlins on the big screen, costumed photo ops and more.
Wednesday Evening, Winter Park Village, Annual Halloween Bash 6 - 8 p.m. - Bring the whole family for a spooktacular day filled with trick-or-treating, exciting games, and engaging activities. Dance the night away with our lively DJ entertainment, and create unforgettable memories together. This is a FREE event and is open to the public. Come dressed in your favorite costumes, and let the festivities begin! Don’t miss our Halloween Costume Contest, held online exclusively via Facebook! Show off your creativity in categories like Best Homemade, Best Duo, and Best Group. The contest is open to all ages—remember, no masks, please! To participate - Take a photo from the Halloween Bash and post it to the Contest Post that will be pinned to the top of our Facebook page with the category/categories you’re entering with the hashtag #WPVHalloween. You will have until 9 p.m. on 10/30/24 to enter. We will post the entries to our Facebook page for voting on Halloween day. 1st place and runner-up will be determined by the number of likes received as of 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov 2nd. The most votes per category win! Winners announce on 11/4.
